"I want to start my review by saying this - I have been with USAA for 27 years. Their home-owners policy prices have forced me to look for more cost-effective alternatives - my neighbor told me about his experience with Amber at the Yearout State Farm Agency and I decided to reach out to them - and I'm glad I did. I actually spoke with a few agents, but Amber was the agent who I spent the most time with and I want to say she went above and beyond to help me out - I'm a bit of a special case because I own a rental home and a primary and I own 5 OLD cars. My rental home - I just completed a roof claim so I could not move my policy over to them, but I could move my primary home to state farm, and actually USAA was still cheaper with car insurance, except with one of my cars - so I moved my primary residence and one of my cars to state farm - Amber helped save me just a little bit more than 100$ per month on insurance costs. In today's challenging fiscal environment finding ways to stretch our dollar is extremely valuable. I was upfront and honest with USAA and told them what I was doing, and why I was doing it, if I could have moved both of my homes I would have, but I can't. Oh well. Amber worked with me via email because of my work situation I could not make phone calls to her - she answered almost all of my questions - and I had a lot of them - directly through email. I highly recommend this agency and Amber specifically - she was the one who suggested splitting up my autos in order to help me save on my policies. She was very helpful. USAA is losing out. As soon as I can move my rental home to the Yearout agency I am going to - USAA's policy is costing me an extra 1600 per year. Ouch..."
